Opal Dichroic Glass Drop Earrings
These are beautifully delicate and feminine. A special layer of red/blue/silver dichroic glass is fired to a neo-lavendar translucent cap to create these beautiful opal like earrings. They shift color as they dangle from your earlobes and shimmer in your hair. Great for those of you with long hair who have a hard time wearing earrings that even show up!
After fusing the glass, I cut a groove in the edge of the earrings, then wire wrap them with sterling silver wire which adds extra sparkle! A blue glass bead adds a simple accent to the glass cabochon that is a 5/16 x 1/2" rounded rectangle.
The earrings are 1.5" long from the top of the sterling silver earwires to the bottom of the drop. They will be sent in it's own embossed Glassgyrl gift box for easy gift giving! Can be gift wrapped, just contact me with your request.
